As a machine operator, you play a central role in production, where you are responsible for monitoring and managing one or more machines to ensure that manufacturing is carried out efficiently and with high quality. You ensure that the right materials are available, replenish as needed, and pack finished parts for further handling to the warehouse. The role also includes basic maintenance work to keep the machines in good condition, as well as following up on quality controls and documenting according to established routines. The work is done in close collaboration with your team, where you together solve any challenges quickly and effectively.

Your tasks may also include soldering and light assembly.

To fit into this position, it is essential that you are flexible and have a strong work ethic. As a person, you are expected to be a team player with a high sense of responsibility and to handle your work efficiently. You should also be practical, able to work both independently and in a group, and have good problem-solving skills. You will work daytime or constant afternoon shifts, but flexibility is appreciated in case of any relocations. We place great importance on your personal qualities, and we believe that you who are applying are an engaged person who cares about doing a careful job that you can be proud of.

• Driving license B & access to a car

• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)

• Good knowledge of English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)

• Education / previous experience in industry, manufacturing, or production is desirable but not required
